Our quality management system has been established in accordance with ISO 9001 and is integrated into our quality manual. It provides the framework for setting and reviewing quality objectives and supports the continual improvement of our processes, working methods and project execution.
GMP focuses on understanding customer requirements, complying with applicable legal, contractual and other
relevant requirements, managing risks and opportunities, strengthening customer satisfaction and maintaining
technical expertise.
All employees and hired personnel are expected to work in accordance with agreed procedures and working methods, so that the required level of quality and safety is achieved and maintained. Management supports this quality policy and periodically reviews the effectiveness and efficiency of the quality management system. The policy is documented, kept up to date, communicated internally and made available to relevant interested parties where appropriate.
